Support and Consulting to site installation for LTE project for VNPT customer with 1500+ sites in 2 Northern Provinces with multi BOQ and complex cluster and swap old 2G, 3G vendor hardware.
- Deploy supervisor installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting 2G&3G with RBS 6601,6630,6620 for LTE with latest production.
- Sites Quality Audit with automation Tool.
- LTE commissioning, onsite integration on Baseband 5216 and DUS by manually and Smart Laptop.
- Commissioning and onsite integration Mixed Mode LTE and WCDMA on Baseband 5216.

- Track progress and monitor all implementation milestones as well as preparing reports to regional PM.
- Communication with customer, support PM to finish ATP, PAC and FAC documents.

All VAS nodes (CRBT, SMSC, WSMS, MMSC, USSD…) for Vietnamobile
project.
- Daily health check for 10 VAS nodes as description above with platform as
SUN Solaris and Red hat Linux (total 100 servers with Sun Microsystem and
HP product) and sites router (Cisco, Juniper) and site switches also.
- Monitor system by OSS server: using Alarm List View- software of Ericsson
and HP open view to manage alarm coming from all VAS nodes, analyst error
log and create Trouble Ticket, together with expert team to solve problem
within time stamp as agreed contract between Ericsson and Vietnamobile.
- Attend internal training of Ericsson about new product and third-party vendor
with current system and upgrade patch, extend system for new phase also.
- Manage security of access nodes for all VAS nodes.
- Daily report KPI of all VAS services to Team Leader and Weekly to Line Manager.

Administer and configure Sun Solaris 8, 9, 10 OSs launched on almost all
kinds of Sun servers with clustering.
- Perform backup strategy in order to ensure data integrity and business
continuity, system scripts, file systems administration, users, Plan and
enforce the system. Performing batch processes for the various
applications and troubleshooting system related problem and managing
the system’s support including various Operating systems and
Databases.
- Install, Configure, administer 3000 family, 6140, 6540 StorEdges and
report about their status, Volume sets, Controllers, Power/Cooling Units,
and switches.
- Configure the SENDMAIL utility in UNIX for all Sun Servers to be
integrated with NT POP3 mail Server.
- Managing in particular the system’s support of the Oracle Server
Databases and all related logical aspects (tables, indexes, views ...etc.),
Performing backup strategy (Physical / Logical / Archive mode) in order to
insure data integrity and business continuity, and Managing optimum
security level on all aspects (connection, encryption) for data.
- Install, configure, and administer Tomcat, Apache web server.
- Administer SunMC Management and monitoring sun software.
- Install, configure, and administer HP Open View to integrated new servers
to be monitored as report about everything weird that may occur in any
integrated server within this software.
- Support upgrade hardware and replace broken hardware for SUN, HP, and
IBM server on Unix and Window server environment also.
- Onsite and off-site emergency support on 24/7 basic for mobile phone
operators in Vietnam (Vinaphone, Mobifone, Viettel, HT Mobile).
- Conduct workshops for knowledge-sharing with colleagues, or training
customers about SUN Microsystem products.
- Attend, plan and control the 24-hour Emergency Service.
- Support Projects in installation and verification activities.
- Discuss technical issues directly with customers, SUN second line of support and other vendors.

primary 200, administer those systems, support a very high production
Sun server in a 24/7 mission critical environment as to have network
design and management concepts. Backup data onto tapes for servers
Sun.
- Perform backup strategy in order to ensure data integrity and business
continuity, system scripts, file systems administration, users, Plan and
enforce the system.
- Manage Active Directory and Domain for the whole 3 sites with 2000 users.
- Administer and Monitor Servers activities, monitor oracle database.
- Troubleshoot problems occurring in Database client.
