1. Managing international orders to guarantee that the undertaking is conveyed on-time and within budgetincluding:
- Vendor contract management: Assessment evaluation includes production capacity and financial capacity, negotiating fabrication contract to maximize project's profit margin.
- Product fabrication: controlling and releasing Shop- drawings to the Vendor, following the production schedule to ensure on-time delivery to Clients.
- Product delivery: reviewing Letter of credit and ensuring T/T payments are received, finalizing Bill of lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List in accordance with the Incoterm in the Contract.
- Product warranty: negotiating and solving problems on delivered goods and compensate customers if needed.
2. Inventory management: selecting and finalizing renting contract for a warehouse in Vietnam, calculating the re-order points to ensure there is always enough stocks for the sales
