* Legal Advising: Checking and advising on business operation of other departments in the company in relation to the compliance with the laws.
* Liccensing: Drafting/preparing dossiers and working with licensing authorities to apply for Business Registration Certificate for each branch/subsidiary or to amend the Business Registration Certificate/Investment Certificate of the company;
- Register Collective Labor Agreement, Internal Labor Regulation with the Department of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs (“DOLISA”);
- Drafting and applying dossiers at National Office of Intellectual Property to register trademark of company.
* Dispute Resolution: Handling dispute settlement/litigation in court and working with all relevant parties to resolve the case.
