Manage and follow up order, keep on-time deliveries & Response the Customer
enquiries and requests in a timely manner. Especially, in shortage,defected order
which are need to ship on time and catch Customer's request.
Coordinate with sales team, other internal teams, supplier to ensure the product
quality and Customer's requirements are met.
Work with related teams for setting new item, ship to, etc...
Handle customer complaints according to the Company procedures and service
standard.
Communicate with sales team and key vendors regarding the latest development of
the customers and to maintain updated customer profile information.
Proactively share among team members on new product / system knowledge and on
lessons learnt from the mistakes to improve quality of the whole team.

MERCHANDISER
FOLLOWING KIND OF SAMPLE: AD, GTS, TEST, FPP, TOP etc...
Collecting of samples, trims and different types of swatches from the Vendors and
Mills. To be more precise: check with Factory which styles they have done which ones
are not and following the status of materials from Mill, check Color swatch with Fabric
Team as well.
Handling samples requested by Buyer made in sample room. Checking our Brand
SMS system to sort out which markets we need to send and prepare hang tag,
barcode as well.
Checking samples from Factory, then give them confirm and advise if any outstanding.
FOLLOWING BRAND SYSTEM:
Checking Production Schedule from Factory and doing weekly shipment status.
Handling ERP system by input new POs released and adjust changing POs as well.
Keeping update and Tracking WIP, SMEE system to maintain correct POs or keep
calling out to Brand on time if there is any issue happened.
ACHIEVEMENT:
Gain knowledge about ERP, WIP, and SMEE system.
Dealing Skill with factory, Mill, Supplier as well.
Solving Skill in case we could not keep shipping out the goods on time.
Time Management and how to face high pressure.

PURCHASER
Receiving Customer's order from Business Dept., then checking Stock and
Production's Plan.
Dealing and contacting Suppliers to handle and follow up the order which is the most
crucial task
instructing warehouse workers to receive, input and output goods, resolving the
problems and pushing suppliers when they cannot meet our ETD.
Finishing receipts orders on ERP system to complete the procedures for payment and
checking inventory for monthly report.
ACHIEVEMENT:
After 7 months, i became a Team Leader of Sole Part Division. although our Team
only has 3 members but i learnt plenty of skills through it such as Solving the problem,
How to manage our team, and Time management skill.

PROMOTION BOYS
That was my part-time job during my University. i worked for many event companies to
promote their goods to customers. Moreover i attended plenty of events with coordinator
position, some events for adverting etc....
What i achieved: it helped me to be mature and provided me a range of skills, and these
skills made me more attractive to employers somehow opened up new career paths to
me.
