- Instructing, monitoring and checking projects when production implements lean projects
- Figuring out problems in the production and giving out some suggestions for production

- Drawing and setting up layouts for production areas (RMP, Reuse line, assembly line, packing line and warehouses).
- Collecting data and making the OEE, daily production report
- Doing tests to find out the better way for production

Inspecting, monitoring, following up, summarizing issues of one-pair flow and 5S sustainability on daily basis for weekly meeting
- Preparing and leading the weekly Lean meeting
- Providing 1 pair flow and 5S training for team leaders, group leaders, VSM, VSL
- Auditing weekly cross 5S’, arranging the team and leading the audit,then summarizing audit result and
sending to all sections and present during 1 pair flow weekly meeting
- Implementing the weekly PPH report
- Implementing ranking system of every stitching lines of plants
- Implementing other lean activities (Kaizen, visual management,standardizations, TPM, SWS ...)
- Changing the mindset of the managers (team leader, group leader, VSM, VSL), helping them develop their understanding to get the company’s goals: 1 pair flow, 5S; helping them take the responsibility when working and helping them understand if they want to get the goals, to change the outside, they have to change their insides.
- Changing 4 stitching buildings from a lot of inventory (WIP of each worker around 4-5 pairs) in the stitching lines to a little inventory (WIP of each worker around 1-2 pairs) by using the “1 pair flow” project, visual management, auditing, changing the mindset.
- Leading the weekly lean success meeting with the purpose: helping all the managers improve their understanding about lean thinking, increasing their responsibility, sharing their successes and experiences in production to other buildings, and finding the solutions for problems…
- Building and developing the monthly rewarding program of 1 pair flow & 5S in the company. Owing to this program, “1 pair flow” and 5S are better than before so much.
- Building standards and the daily planning sheets to reduce inventory.
- Building 5S culture in production.
- Changing layout of stitching line and it ran much more fluently than before.
- Standardizing the numbers of workers of processes. Relying on that, the numbers of workers were more stable and the waste of manpower was reduced.
- Setting up TPM program for mechanic to help them work scientifically, systematically and reduce down time.
- Reducing inventory at trimming lines, stockfit lines, insole area…
