1. Lead to develop & implement Physical Experience Program (PEP) at Regional Distribution Center/ Café Phyto
shop nationwide. Work with Marketing & related stakeholders to develop PEP activities & action plan:
- Develop program guideline & look/feel recommendation for PEP at high level, develop standard PEP survey &
ensure on time 2-ways feedback from Amway Business Owner (ABO) leaders.
- Consult & review proposal, final production & implementation plan for team members, allocate budget for PEP
activities.
- Continuously develop Café Phyto drinks menu & recipe to adapt with ABO needs & overall Phyto Cafe strategy,
develop action plan for experiences service at Phyto Counter.
- P&L takeover from Finance & deliver to OP for implementation
2. Lead to develop and implement Visual Merchandising Display (VMD) at Regional Distribution Center/ Café
Phyto shop nationwide:
- Specialize new experience program for new physical presence.
- Align with regional VMD guideline to adopt to Vietnam PP and provide necessary information to Marketing
Design.
- Align with Head, Sales & Marketing & related stakeholders to develop merchandising, product display, sales &
marketing programs display to deliver to RDC & Café Phyto nationwide.

- Prepare, propose and deal with brands for merchandising plan, marketing activities at the point of sale to achieve
the goal of visibility outside, display on shelves, coverage of products to achieve sales as well as sales growth as
committed.
- Control and optimize advertisings display inside and outside stores such as billboard, lightbox, poster outside
and products display inside to maximize marketing income revenue, ensure reach marketing income targets.
- Coordinate with brand, store to control and monitor activities, programs of the brand's marketing plan in stores.
- Coordinate with buyers and planogram team to deploy products display plans, POSM inside the store.
- Perform sales analysis before, during and after the merchandising to evaluate the effectiveness.
- Effective relationship with brands, partners, to create effective display and promotion programs.
- Follow the company’s policy when offering and negotiating lease terms, including quotation and conditions of
visibility space leasing such as lease fee, construction, maintenance and payment.
- Control paper work like leasing contract, annex send and receive of clients.
Achievements: marketing income 2017 increased by more than 50% compared to 2016. Get certified of
achievement from CEO and become the shareholder of the company.

- Be in charge of trade marketing plan and budget to enhance the sales performance and improve the marketing
activities for off trade channel.
- Keep track sales forecast and work with brand team to fulfill the demand.
- Weekly outlet audit to ensure stock available, display product and POSM according to the guideline.
- Analyze and evaluate the sales out performance by SKUs, by account by month, by quarter and by year.

installation signage which displayed inside and outside stores to attract customers and bring efficiency in
promotional.
- Propose solutions to improve vision of signage inside and outside stores. Build guidelines and rules of displayadvertising in and out stores.
- Create and apply Big C visual identity guidelines for new stores. Develop visual identity depending on identified needs with the designers team.
- Follow up with the implementation team to assure the store respects the Big C guidelines as shown in the
simulation (especially for the first time implementing a new concept). Follow up with the material purchasing team to assure the quality of materials needed is as shown in the simulation.
- Build the marketing budget for programs, in quarters and year based on company target.
