Senior Legal Executive
- Supporting and advising the leaders of the legal situation arising from economic transactions, civil, labor, tax, etc.
- Reviewing legality of system processes, regulations, legal documents of the company, such as Contracts (ex: Commercial contract, service contract, logistics service contract, etc.), POA, internal policy, annual policy for dealership, etc.
- Follow-up and update VAMA issues/Legal Update; concurrently, preliminarily evaluate the impact of the above issues on the company and propose solutions (if any) to report to BOD and relevant functional departments.
- Collaborating with representative offices, branches, outsourcing consultants, state administrative agencies to implement the relevant legal procedures.
- Supporting and consulting to all departments in the company on legal aspects.
