Material Planning
1. Control input quantity, output quantity on a daily basis.
2. Making analysis on receipt balance and follow up closely with suppliers to get all shipment delivery factory on time.
3. Deal with the supplier for submit problem such as bad quality quantities.
4. Create, follow and monitor purchasing plan for materials (POR) accordingly to the agreed the master order plan to meet both fulfillment and inventory requirements by working closely with Sourcing, Manufacturing and Warehouse & Suppliers.
5. Maintain KPIs reports e.g. inventory level, Air-shipment cost, Material risk, POR/PO plan
