Main responsibilities:
-Prepare the sales contract, the sub-contract
-Prepare plan to order materials follow Bill of Quantities, seek and contact the suppliers, deal
contract with them.

-Solve problems arising in the suppliers’ the manufacture process

-Control project overall cost and claim to ensure successfully project management
-Establish the Project cost estimation and control procedure
-Monitor subcontractor’s performance and progress payment
-Consolidate project cost data and reports
-Control and report overall project, construction cost, budget
-Forecast and survey project budget quantity
-Administer to subcontractor’s claim, control variation to the Client
-Review and maintain all contractual documents relevant and required
-Highlight and report to Management if any potential risk is detected; come up with preventive and/or corrective actions

Position: Assistant to Project Director
Main responsibilities:
- Supporting setting up meeting.
- Translating project documents, contracts, interpreting in meeting with the Foreign Client.
- Prepare official dispatch/ official correspondence, acknowledgement, appointment decision,
promotion decision.
- Supporting to Project Manager in sending/ responding Client’s emails.
- Cooperate with ISO Dept. to prepare Cash Flow process, in particular: I have directly edited and
worked with PD / CFO / Internal Controller / ISO to review following the actual situation of the
project and then completed and guided the Cash Flow process for Project Managers, which helps
them operate the project with optimizing the cost, controlling the cash flow for the project better.
- Supporting to Project Director in collecting reports from Projects.
- Connecting QS/CM/PC/Accounting Dept. to Project Dept. in many areas to settle issues such as
Cash Flow, purchasing order, advancing payment, clearing payment,…
