Customer Service Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Work as Customer Service Manager for Elise - Vietnam's leading fashion brand with over
120 stores nationwide
- Manage customer accounts and analyze customer data, research and develop programs to
improve customer service experience
- Manage a large number of incoming calls and emails or messages, possible delegate certain
customer enquiries to specific teams
- Take ownership of customer issues and follow problems through to resolution
- Implement effective customer loyalty program to create engaged customer and facilitate
organic growth
- Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and provide a productive and
motivating working enviroment
- Communicate with internal team to set a clear mission and deploy strategies focused
towards that mission
- Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions
- Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
- Stay informed on the latest industry technique and method

Main responsibilities:
- Work as QA and Customer Service Supervisor for Asahi project, a Japanese insurance
company which is expanding market in Vietnam
- Manage outbound calls quality as well as talk skill of all members in a team of 30 sales
- Insure proper training of personel as well as assisting with writing work instructions
following Asahi policies and progresses
- Intruct and assist agents to resolve customer's service complaints in the most professional
manner to meet high quality service which the company affirms to deliver
- Maintain cooperative relationship with partners such as Asahi, PVI ...
- Manage Client expectations and demand to maximize customer satisfaction and company
operational efficiency and profitablity
- Follow new knowledge or campaign as well as promotions from Customers and update to
Sales
- Be responsible of training new members with Asahi Module
- Listen call logs to identify sale's problems to support and re - train them to improve
immediately
- Take part in weekly, monthly ... even sudden meetings with customers
