1.1 Outline the plans, compile legal service proposal, legal service contract
• Support directors, senior associates to collect information, study the case, and ouline plans to resolve the case regarding actions against the infringement of trademark; counterfeit trademark; domain dispute; unfair competition; compensation for damage …;
• Do legal service proposal, legal service contract;
1.2 Deployment of legal service contract
• Support investigate Team and do the investigative report;
• Do the Infringement assessment for trademark, industrial design at competent authority;
• Request for inspection, supervision, and suspension of customs procedures for imports and exports that are subject matters of intellectual property rights;
• Request the competent authority to resolve the infringement of trademarks by the administrative measure;
• Response, collaborate and work with competent authority during the process;
• Request to cease and desist letter to suspected infringers;
• Request, collaborate and work with e-commercial website to handle the infringement for trademarks;
• Request and monitor the enforcement of suspected infringers;
• Proceeding a lawsuit at competent court to act against the IP infringement by civil measure;
