Legal & Compliance Executive
- Review contracts and legal documents (memorandum, official announcement,…) arising from Company’s transactions to comply with local regulations and minimize the legal risks;
- Review, issue Power of Attorney (POA) documents, consult departments to build delegation matrix and control mechanism to fulfil delegation scope and strengthen internal control;
- Research, update regulations and consult departments legal issue relating to their operation (contract, labor law, advertisement …);
- Build plan and report to assess compliance to maintain effectiveness of internal control mechanism and comply with local regulations (delegation matrix and control, bidding process, contract operation,…)
- Review and update internal procedure to fulfil department’s responsibility and authority (delegation policy, contract management policy,…);
- Secretarial tasks: archive and systemize documents, finalize Board’s meeting minutes…
