Key responsibilities:
- Draft, prepare and review contract.
- Giving advices on legal issues related to BOD.

- Organize and store Contract and related document.

- Submit contracts and related documents to Director.
- Prepare legal documents as requirement from manager, BOD;
- Review progress of outstanding litigation and liaise with and manage external lawyers.
-Involving in drafting and controlling internal rules and regulations in accordance with laws
- Other administrative duties as requirement by Board of Director.
