• Main responsibilities:
o Primary contact point between EY’s internal team (i.e. audit, tax, legal, advisory team etc.) and Japanese client; acting as a primary representative for these clients and addressing all needs or concerns regarding all services EY provides/supports from commencement of contract until the end of term of service.
o Working across all departments of EY to ensure that services provided to Japanese clients are processed smoothly and completely, and that all expectations are met or exceeded.
o Consulting with clients to provide a needs analysis and solutions to address those needs.
o Following up with clients and EY’s internal team to ensure things are on track.
o Supporting EY’s Japanese management department and other internal teams understand the differences between Japanese culture and Vietnamese culture, bridging any gaps between working style, expectations, communication, etc.
o Developing new business opportunities with Japanese companies through client meetings, seminars conducted, as well as managing and maintaining solid relationships between them.
o Keeping client posted about Vietnamese regulation amendments or supplements, if any.
o Translating documents between Japanese, English and Vietnamese.
o Being a facilitator of all seminars/events which are organized by the team.

• Main responsibilities:
o Teaching Japanese to mechanical engineers who aim to work and develop their career path in Japan long-term.
o Preparing Japanese lesson plans, improvement plans based on the engineer’s timeline of future employment; providing an alternative way to learn Japanese effectively for engineers to ensure they can get valuable opportunities from Japanese top management through interviews.
o Primary contact point between Japanese companies and candidates to set up interview sessions/ examinations.
o Providing support in preparing Japanese CV’s for candidates; assisting company’s General Director with interpretation between Japanese and Vietnamese during the interview.
o All other duties raised by the General Director

Từ 2016 đến 2016: Thư ký tại PwC Viet Nam (Internship) (có người hướng dẫn)
• Main responsibilities:
o Assisting Advisory team with all administrative tasks: booking meeting rooms, flights, hotels, cars, booking restaurants, travelling arrangements, answering incoming calls etc.
o Reviewing and formatting contracts, documents, as well as filing it for custody.
o Supporting the team with their business trip related expenses: claiming invoices and per-diem.
o Co-operating with other teams (i.e. HR, Accounting, IT) to ensure the administrative works processed appropriately; All other duties raised by the Manager.
