 Build and maintain strong relationship with Distributors in Vietnam market to follow regional strategies
 Build & monitor sales plan & marketing plan of Distributors, including monthly and quarterly
 Identify the approriated assortment merchandise to aligne with regional strateries and achieve sale target and company goals
 Conduct business performance reviews with distributors in order to track, monitor and support the retention of exitsting business and pursure leads to expand new categories
 Review and eveluate store location to approve the approriated marchandise assortment
 Conduct product presentation for new season and prepare plan and content for external presentation.
 Manage effectively the sales process through prospect assortment, presentation and negotiations , all in conjuntion with marketing strateries to achieve company goals.
 To optimize seasonal brand merchandising, promotion planning and ultimately sales revenues
 Control retail price to align with regional and competitors in local
 Analysis Sale & Stock on hand – solution base of merchandising action plan
 Monitor product and identify opportunities for campaign Launch plan in store aligned with Marketing Activities to bring increment sale
 Explain to distributor about the sales force to engage them with the collaborated merchandise and objectives.
 Maximize the sale and distribution of all company products in the assigned region through the establishment and appropriate execution of local and national sales programs.
 Develop, manage and/or maximize partnerships to drive improved performance.
 Coordinate closely with Distributors to elevate Brand exposure by focusing on all possible advertised venues, ATL, BTL, Event Sponsorship, Product Seeding, Outdoor Advertising, Social Media and Instore Promotion
 Build and monitor media and advertising budget monthly / quarterly / yearly to ensure the company's financial goals.
 Develop communication and advertising activities based on market research information and sales data.
 Establish relationships with agencies, strategic partners, media units, press ... and handle communication crisis (if any)
 Report to Regional Merchandise Manager in timely manner
