HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT
***Payroll:
• Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
• Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
• Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans, and collective agreement provisions.
• Be in charge and calculate of monthly payroll (salary, allowances, deductions, adjustments, overtime, unpaid leave, sick leave….) for employees based on the time sheet and overtime records.
***Insurance:
• Follow the sickness leave, maternity leave...to do the payment procedure of social allowance.
• Prepare reports on Social Insurances, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance of employees.
• Register SI and get HI cards for new employees every month and expired ones on a quarterly basis; new social insurance booklet for employees.
***PIT:
• Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process.
• Prepare reports on PIT of the employee monthly
• Do annual PIT finalization, Issue relevant documents/ invoice for employee PIT finalization
***Other tasks (TRANING AND PERFORMANCE EVALUATION):
• Follow up and implement the resignation process & procedures
• Announce to the employees and implementing all necessary documents and actions to pay employees’ remaining benefits.
• Solve employees’ complains or queries.
• Prepare employment contracts and termination notices for sales staff in accordance with Vietnam Labor law.
• Monthly reconcile PIT, Obligation Insurance, and file compliance HR documentation
• Supporting industrial relations issues for the business
• Accommodation for business staffs (booking air-ticket, hotels, equipment...) and
prepare, make plan for events (relate employees)
• Managing to official letter in, out and contracts.
• Control training system (SABACLOUD) and employee performance evaluation (SUCCESS
FACTOR)
• Building budget HR each year and operating at BPC
• Others HRM tasks.
