• Advising legal issues involved in corporates’ operations, investment, legal issues during business cooperation, transactions between domestic or foreign partners, M&A transactions (real estate), labor matters, and corporates’ internal management procedures;
• Drafting, reviewing, and completing contracts, documents relative to the above-mentioned matters;
• Discussing and working directly with functional departments and State agencies to solve the legal matters and complete relevant procedures in compliance with the applicable laws;
• Joining in many research in many fields related to the scope of work;
• Updating periodically legal news, clients’ contact, internal reports, and presenting internal training.

• Advising on conditions of investment and establishment of enterprises, branches, representative offices, M&A transactions in Vietnam and abroad for foreign enterprises;
• Drafting, reviewing, and completing documents relative to activities of M&A transactions, inward and outward investment, the establishment of enterprises, branches, representative offices; labor matters and corporates’ internal management procedures;
• Conducting legal research and making periodical reports on legal issues for clients;
• Discussing and working directly with State agencies to complete relevant registration procedures.

Mục tiêu nghề nghiệp
After graduation, I made a decision on joining Robert Bosch Company as an Assistant supporting Singaporean, German, and Japanese Team in internal compliance, with the purpose of broadening the horizon in technological and economic knowledge, which help support me in the orientation of being a Legal Counsel. After almost 2 years, I could gain a lot of practical knowledge of compliance and translation in the company’s business fields. Besides, working for a multinational company provided me opportunities to experience a diverse work environment that strengthened my soft skills so much such as problem-solving, communication, planning, flexibility, and so on.
Then, I-Glocal Company, a Japanese Firm, is my second destination before venturing further into a Vietnamese Law firm, where I can get much more experience in a wide range of practice areas. In the position of a Legal Consultant, I had been working with the aim at obtaining various procedures related to corporation as well as investment such as foreign direct investment, outward investment, enterprise & representative office establishment, labor & tax matters, and so on. Not only knowledge I can absorb, but also soft skills I can improve, especially working under very high pressure.
I have completed a lawyer-training course and I am joining in NHQuang & Associate, a Local Law firm, that gives me a lot of opportunities to challenge myself in many new areas such as real estate, construction, energy, and so on.
Moreover, with the aim of practicing in the Corporate area, I have been pursuing the second Bachelor's Degree in Finance at HCMC University of Economics. I do believe that I am an essential feature of your team.
