implementing continuous improvement activities to optimize results and improve quality of delivery, in line with
quality standards requirements delivery
- Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Manufacturing
activities

- Build up and organize Production and Quality team with workflow, procedure and process in order to create great

involved departments, set up deadline for production and shipment then confirm to Customer.
- Make weekly/monthly/quarterly Sales report and meeting with team to learn from experience, analyze risk, evaluate
and devise improvement for the project in the next steps.
- Handle Customer’s inquiries, dissatisfaction in a professional and prompt manner.
- Devise ways to enhance process workflow, thereby, build up Customer’s confidence and maintain long lasting
relationship with them.
- Operate conference-call with Customer and colleagues oversea to discuss project’s issues.
- Welcome visits of foreign partners and do other administration.
Achievement
- Successful project management with on-time delivery of the products, building good relationship with satisfaction of
Customer
- Ranked as the best leader in continuous 5 years, promoted with salary increase and sent for training abroad in
Customer service and management field.
- Achieve Customer’s satisfaction and bring to company the revenue of $3 million and gain additional 10 orders in
every month of projects under administration.
