• Real estate appraisal based on valuation standards. Using methods to evaluate real
estate: Comparison, replacement/reproduction cost, direct capitalization, discounted
cash flow, extraction, residual.
• Financial feasibility and socioeconomic efficiency analysis:
- Do SWOT analysis, market research;
- Calculate gross invested capital, annual operating expenses, depreciation on fixed
assets;
- Determine minimum attractive rate of return;
- Analyse profit and loss;
- Use financial performance indicators to figure out whether project is worth investing
in;
- Do sensitivity analysis;
