Job description:
Understanding some important procedures such as: cash receipt, cash disbursement, purchase of goods, sale of goods to find out some risks related to internal controls.
Making stocktake of the goods every quaters or years regarding to plan of client company to make sure that actual inventory is suitable with quantity on the book.
Recheck recording of all accounts on financial statement, especially
accounts related to profit and lost statement such as: revenue, cost of good sold and other expenses (selling expense, G&A expense, material
expense,...). Re-doing any accounts if needed.
Performing test almost of documents to make sure recording of data on financial statement exactly.
Understanding and re-do some provision about bad debt, lost in inventory due to slow moving or loss in selling price in the future, ...
Finding out and recheck budget plan in the future of company to make sure its suitable with current business situation.
Experience: studying some skills and practical knowledge relate to the career, improving ability to work under high pressure and communication skills with the clients and leaders.
