**Main responsibilities:

+ Talent Acquisition:
- Be in charge of an end-to-end recruitment procedure for our hiring request of company
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
- Design job descriptions and interview questions that react each position’s requirements, attending job fairs and recruitment events.
- Report, analyze and evaluate the efficiency of recruitment methods at each stage.

+ HRBP:
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Co-ordinate with C&B and others for report/problem/solution...
- Undertake research as required to ensure People Practices remain compliant with local labor laws.

+ Employer branding
- Build and manage communication program effectively and achieve the goals

+ Training:
- Design and perform social On-boarding Program for newcomers
- Monthly arrange training course/internal training in some topic relate to recruitment/Procedure/Company policy/HRIS System.

**Achievement:
+ Recruitment:
- Success in fulfill for more 40 staff for all Dept : Marketing(Online/Offline), Sales, Operations, Accountant, IT within 03 months (increase 50% than before), specially CSO, COO, Head of MKT, Content and Training Manager, Content Leader,...
- Develop the candidate pool and external recruitment partners - Zero candidates (0%) reject offer letter, keep satisfaction of newcomers for the rest 2 months and keep current talents employees working for long time with company
- Successfully organized some activities: Vietnam Women's day, Christmas day, Year end party, Recruitment Day together with the team
