Research, update laws in various areas of the laws such as corporate law, investment law, etc.
• Draft application dossiers to apply for investment registration certificate, enterprise registration
certificate, work permit and other licenses upon clients’ demand;
• On behalf of customers working with competent state agencies;
• Draft contracts, agreements and other legal documents;
• Participate in negotiations and meetings with clients;
• Conduct administrative affairs and other tasks required by the company.

Researching, updating and providing new laws, regulations and legal documents relating to the
Company's activities;
• Carrying out assigned tasks regarding all legal issues on the Company’s business lines (MLM,
Retail cosmetics and supplements,..) including apply for product registration at the Ministry of
Health, apply for Business Linsence at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, etc;
• Responsible for providing advice to other departments for a purpose of ensuring business
operations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations;
• Drafting, reviewing, vetting the contracts, transaction and internal documents before submitting
such documents to the Management for signing and promulgation;
• Working with competent authorities to handle all legal issues regarding the company;
• Coordinating with other departments to complete the tasks that legal team is responsible for;
• Other tasks assigned by BOD from time to time.
