• Looking for the best quality goods for the company and purchasing at the most competitive prices.
• Contacting with the domestic and oversea suppliers to place orders.
• Following up the lead-time, receiving goods, checking documents and making payments.
• Making import - export customs procedures.
• Preparing reports on purchases, including cost analyses
• Finding the new suppliers to expand the suppliers’ network.
• Comparing and evaluating the current suppliers to find the key suppliers in the future.
• Performing other tasks as assigned by manager.
