HR Manager • TRG International•an IT solution provider of Infor’s products such ERP/Retail/Sunsystem that came from UK as well as the founder of franchise PJ’s coffee of USA with location is in Dist.2, Hochiminh City, Vietnam.
• Number of staff: 480+ & team size: 12 (included 3 foreign interns changing frequently every quarter).
Duties:
- Oversee various areas of human resources, to include; recruitment, employee relation, management development, Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, C&B, payroll, SHUI, PIT, employee relations and consulting.
- Create materials, train and provide training courses to employees on orientations, inductions, soft skills regarding to development and building the talents.
- Plan, deploy, and supervise the effective human resource strategies/policies.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure the human resource initiatives and goals are consistently and successfully achieved.
- Supervisor of 480+ employees included 3 segments of IT, talent management and F&B coffee system of TRG while simultaneously promoting a positive and productive working environment.
- Accurately review employee performance, promote a competent and confident staff, while recognizing employees for outstanding teamwork and overall performance.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and meet monthly with board management to review the progress, status of various issues and consult the solution.
- Restructure and standardize all policies and procedures.
- Partner with business units to provide the consulting on people management and development, performance appraisal, organizational and leadership matters.
- Coordinate meetings, develop meeting content and present at universities in graduation days of student such FPT, RMIT to introduce Company employer branding and career path as well as job opportunities. Promptly corresponded with all applicants and coordinated and conducted interviews with senior levels.

Duties:
HRBP
- Supportboard management in developing and implementing personnel policies and procedures.
- Explain all of the human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and regulations to each employee. Provide the consulting to regional HR group on people matters at the local country.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the business’s departmental heads and board management in developing recruitment plans, identifying training needs, and advocating for continuous learning for employees to enhance performance and productivity.
- Conducted the training courses to team leaders, mid-managers in the process of interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance review, safety, and discrimination.
- Partner with HR regional HR group to deploy project regarding to HR management system such Taleo, Talent portal, PeopleSoft, Learning Management system (LMS &E.learning) and so on.

HR:
- Develop and implement HR strategies.
- Build general HR policies and procedures related to people, benefits, payroll & bonus scheme, rewards & disciplinary within local country.
- Plan the annual budget for HR and Admin operations.
- Supervise the execution of payroll, recruitment and training within the organization.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues.
- Create materials, train and provide training courses to employees on orientations, inductions, soft skills regarding to development and building the talents.
- Implement and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Design training courses to improve employees in Career path planning and development.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Build competencies framework and matrix skillsets to define salary grades and job levels.
- Consult and implement other process based on company strategies.

Admin:
- Build procurement process, admin management process and assets management.
- Manage and maintain admin services, office security, office cleaning and others to as required on time.
- Build and manage operation costs under budgeted plan.
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities.
- Manage and organize company's internal events, career fair, social community activities.
