Senior Account Executive
FedEx is a multinational delivery service company, providing express service by air from Vietnam to
other countries and vice versa.
Main responsibilities:
- Be responsible for the goal and target in assigned territory of some districts in Hanoi and northern provinces
(Thai Nguyen, Vinh Phuc, Phu Tho...).
- Set up regular face to face meetings with customers to manage their portfolio.
- Set up pricing system for each particular customer under company's policies.
- Maintain and push the revenue flow growth of new customers and existing ones.
- Expand customer database.
- Co-ordinate with other departments (Operations, Customer Service, GSP, Marketing...) to design a suitable
sales plan for each territory to expand customer database.
- Collaborate with Sales and Ops abroad to ensure smooth clearance => bring better experience to customer
- Build up good relationship with customers and co-workers.
- Do weekly and monthly reports of my territory performance and keep co-workers updated of other
competitors in my assigned territory as well as in the market.

Sales Manager
Abivin is a software company who provides a Cloud-based solution to different sectors of Supply Chain to minimize logistics cost, maximize fleet productivity and optimize profits in every shipments.
Main responsibilities:
- Be in charge of Vietnam Northern market and all business in Southeast Asia.
- Build up Sales plan and Sales pipeline for the team
- Support BOD to finalize the working process within Sales department or between Sales department and other ones.
- Set up KPI for each team member
- Collaborate with Product Owner, Project Manager, BA, Dev, Algo, Testers...to ensure the project's success as well as give feedback to make the product better.
- Collaborate with Marketing department to hold some webinars or conference to get customers' attention.
- Support team member to meet the targets as well as solve the problem occured in their daily selling (pre-sales, demo, proposals, quotation, deployment,....)
- Review daily reports
- Review proposals, quotation, contract...before sending out to customers.
- Keep the relationship with customers.
- Lead Sales weekly meetings, organize Sales trainings to keep people updated of company product's roadmap,
exchange information of each project as well as improve sales skills.
- Report to C-level
- Be familiar with Hubspot, Clickup, Asana, BPMN, Freshteam

Sales Manager
Logivan is a technology transportation company who builds up a platform to connect truck owners with
good owners by matching truck's spare capacity with shipments and seeking to improve the overall
efficiency of the logistics network across Vietnam.
Main responsibilities:
- Build up a Sales team (B2B)
- Train logistics knowledge, Sales skills with Sales team in Sales weekly trainings
- Set up KPI for each person
- Ensure all daily selling and Sales pipeline of each member to be updated on CRM
- Review Sales scheduled plans to follow up with their stage and support them if having any obstacles.
- Review quotations, contract before sending out to COO
