I lead a team of 5 staffs and be in charge as General Accounting Team Leader and Chief Accountant for below clients.
- Gucci Vietnam Co Ltd:
+ Manage and supervise daily booking to ensure all accounting transactions recorded in correct accounting treatments as per VAS and company policy
+ Ensure team members prepare claim payment accurate and on time. Manage claim fund status and proactively inform CFO on risk of claim fund shortage.
+ Drive month end closing process to meet the timely and accurate requirements, to deliver the best quality and transparency of information and analysis.
+ Prepare monthly group reports and provide explanations for all transactions and data to CFO, BOD. Advise of risks of data and reports to CFO, BOD for solution
+ Lead the process of making company mid-term plan, annual business plan and periodical budget for the whole company
+ Encourage and motivate team members to produce consistently high standards of work, hold review meetings with team members to discuss performance and tasks
- Coach Vietnam Ltd:
+ Supervise and check all entries of asset, liability, revenue, expenses, inventories, depreciation and amortization,…by compiling and analyzing account information.
+ Maintains and balances of all accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions
+ Prepare management reports to Financial Manager and BOD of Group such as: Financial management report, Cash projection, full year budget and forecast every month base on the actual and budget
- Accounting review for Husky Vietnam Ltd:
+ Monthly review accounting book, PL, BS, tax reports and raise if any issue or risk with solution to BOD.

Kỹ năng
- Fluently in English, directly daily working with foreigner clients.
- Proficiency in accounting software: SAP, JDE, Fast, Quickbook, Misa and excel accounting.
- Strong analytical skill, decisiveness and problem-solving ability, strong MS Office skills.
- Able to negotiate with tax authorities. Working experience with tax inspectors, auditors.
- Ability to self-plan and control plans, time management, lead and motivate team.
- Ability to work under high pressure even when working independently or in a team.
- Proficiency in accounting software: SAP, JDE, Fast, Quickbook, Misa and excel accounting.
