+ Provide legal advice and consultation to BoD on issues related to management/operation to reduce the legal risks and protect the legitimate rights of the Company;
+ Review, inspect and control the records of Shareholders and Boards of Management; act as secretary at meetings;
+ Control the drafting and timely adjustment of standard service contract templates and terms & policies on the Company's e-commerce website to ensure the reasonableness according to product features, balance benefits with customers while maximizing the Company's rights, and compliance with laws;
+ Review, evaluate and negotiate service contracts signed with specific customer groups and external suppliers;
+ Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain relationship;
+ Manage the implementation of business registration procedures, sub-license;
+ Research biding documents and coordinate with relevant departments to finalize tender documents;
+ Periodically report on summaries of the new policies and legal documents related to business operations as well as internal activities;
