interviews, arrange and participate in the interview, reference check.
- To initiate new ideas, new channels for staff recruitment in order to

- Ensure recruitment follow target of each section
***Training:
- Arrange orientation for new employees- Ensure all of employees should be trained about policy, labor law, …

- Contact suppliers and order for facilities (stationary, express

- Making request for paying operation bills (rental, gasoline, driver,
cleaner, flight ticket, ...)
- Booking hotel, flight ticket, and making visa
- Translate documents, contracts…, type and record office files
- File project correspondence and handle administration works

- Update all architectural, structural drawing lists for each project
- Prepare purchase order, payment certificate for project
- Well – organized with paperwork and reporting

database, provide timely and accurate reports.
