Management Team:
- Take care the members based on the KPIs Company
- Support and training new members about recruiting skill
- Plan is working for team in each week and month
- Reviews, comments and suggest plan to support members after each human resources
assessment.
- Recruit new members for the team.
Recruitment:
- Receive and analysis the requirement to recruit and special requirement of client when I
have a new order.
- Post the new position based on job descriptions into a software system and website
company
- To marketing all positions (based on JD) through social channels like as: LinkedIn,
Facebook, Zalo, ... and public website another
- To work with partner (client/candidates) if I need more information about the position or

- Searching and Selection the potential candidate profiles in the data system, CRM
software which suitable the job posting requirement
 Work with potential profile has similar experience with recruit requirement then firstinterview via phone with the candidate
- Meeting and directly interview the candidate for the position recruit. Write list down all
strong points of candidate and comments by the interviewer, then send them to the client
- Send the professional candidate profile cum comments by a headhunter to client. Discuss
and convince about sending profiles with client.
- Arrange interview schedules between candidates and customer, then follow/remind
candidate’s interview schedule on time
 Receive and pay result interview of the candidate. Support customer in process candidate
progress like as: check reference persons, comments candidate form, assistance pay-slip,
salary negotiation, on-board day negotiation, etc...
- Follow candidates are on-board in the customer’s company on the first day. Customer
and candidate services at probation time, if have difficult will support ASAP.
- Tracking debts with customers, promoting debt recovery on time as agreed payment.
 Carry out the candidate warranty with the candidate if they quit their job during the
probationary period.
- Complete recruitment jobs for a successful order. Note them all to CRM software.
Admin
- Input and report the number of candidate records, references person records into the
CRM software by each week/month/quarter. Input the information related to the
candidates was processed to client. Connect the processed candidates profile and the
recruit position with working client.
- Statistically the number of the sending profiles to customers, the number of the interview
candidates, the number of successful candidates and the receive revenue by each
week/month/quarter.
- Statistically the number of receive recruit position and the number of new customers, new
sign contracts, new order position by periodic
- Statistically the number of Skype account contacts, LinkedIn, Anphabe, G+, the number
of contacts on phone by each quarter/year.
- Statistically the number course joined in each month/quarter/year
- Filter and select the apply profiles by position and industry.
Account Manager:
- Take care of customers and the candidates in by industry by each week, holiday or New
Year
- Giving gifts to customers company on the holidays or New Year
- Meet and discuss with customers about recruitment requirements and service contracts
- Contact company to advise on recruitment services, send service contract information and
support the other info about KPIs, plan recruitment, form (if they needs)...
Other responsible:
Training the new staff, subordinates about recruitment skills and admin task based on an
orientation book
Join in create form, document, regulation... for internal circulation only
Join in the recap and training the new book/technical recruitment skills in each the
Monday, editorial and complied the weekend story item
Participate in organizing public training sessions held by the company
Supporting other departments to perform related operations.
