Responsible all activities of General Affaires and Human resource, as below:
1. Review/designand making proposals to General Director about Human Resource Policies;
2. Set up all targets/budget& activities of HR jobs and review yearly business plan of human resources;
3. Build up headcount planing fit with production, bussiness and strategy of company

Recruitment managements: design recruitment budget, design/review the recruitment channel/ method/program andmanage the recruitment effective, internal rotary activities, design/performances/appraise/ recruitment strategy (short-term and long-term) to meet the needs of each department under production activities, build the brand of the employer.
5. Training managements: design/analysis training demand and annual training planning, search and selection of training programs to meet Company requirements, organize incentive, working skill, motivation and efficiency improvement program, develop subordinates to become management level e.g., leader, supervisor, chief, head and manager;
6. Human development: Cooperation departments to design/develop career, promotion policies and replace of company and build up to increase human productivity.
7. Employee Relations & Engagement: Act as a main contact point for solving employee issues/queries. Design onboarding process and ensure all employees have all necessary information to understand the companies goals, objectives and working culture, and the connection bridge between the employee and employer: getting opinions of the employee, communication and explanation the policies of the company to the employee to understand clearly;ensuring consistency and lawfulness in handling labor relations; Coordinate interaction with corporate labor union activities...
8. Compensation & benefits andcompulsory insurances : Design/calculatingsalary scales and policies, review/manage payroll, bonus policy, calculating and finalization on PIT (forVietnamese and foreigner) as Tax Laws stipulated, andensure do all kinds of compulsory insurances under Vietnam insurance law (payable amounts and received amounts);
9. Performance appraisal system: design KPI of performance career based department function and yearly business strategic); Leading, monitoring and controlling the performance appraisal system, including: implementing goals; decompose and control target accuracy; review and feedbacks achievements at the end of the year.
10. Policies - Create employee-centric company policies that encourage and motivate the team to excel at their work, exceed KPI’s and have fun while doing so. Design and operate salary packages and outline KPI linked salary growth to employees, policies to achieve target. Manage labour contracts and ensure compliance with Vietnamese labour law. Assist in visa processing, work permit and logistics for Group international staff, identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring and morale
11. Working environmentmanagement:Supervise and perform company rule, discipline role and solving personal problem of employees including reward and discipline;
12. General Affairs management:
a. Design/supervise/control/review yearly budget of all related general affaires
b. Manage the using facility of offices, uniform and private protection tool (Analysis of equipment use demand and annual equipment purchase plan);
c. Monitor admin activities: welcome guest, canteen, meal and catering supplying, telephone,stationary, security, gardening, transportation, cleaning ladies, petty cash, booking ticket and room…the go-out letters, and the coming-in letters,etc;
d. Celebrate the year-end party, company trip, events.
e. Control all PR activities related to Admin Dept’ such as charity, image company brand to the employee
13. HSE Management: design/review/supervise activities of 5S, safety, hygiene, yearly health, firefighting, environment (hazardous waste management, report of environment appraisal impact, certificate of environment protection completion,…) as Laws stipulated
14. Legal management:
a. Update daily legal documents under the law,setting up internal labor law audit, investment audit and review it every year;
b. Liaising with all government agencies (VSIPMB, Labor Dept, Environment Dept, VSIP office, Social insurance, etc) to ensure adherence to compliance;
c. Control, review and propose about risk management of the company;
d. Consulting related legal matters to Director Board and the other department such as Completion laws, Enterprise Laws, Investment Laws
e. Control and make legal documents to get Investment Registration Certificate, Business Registration Certificate, Environment Appraisal Impact report, Certificate of transportation on dangerous goods
15. Internal & External Job Management:
a. Person in charge about all activities of Audits issued by group, mother company and customers;
b. Promote positive thinking strategy within the organization in order to cope/adapt with changes;
c. Coordinate and deal with government organization or ex-organization;
d. Direct report to General Director for daily / weekly / monthly.
e. Preparation of Admin reports and statistics and other tasks as assigned by General Director.

A. For main human resources duty:
1. Consulting and making proposals to General Director about Human Resource Policies;
2. Set up all targets &activities of HR & GA jobs and review yearly business plan of human resources;
3. Recruitment control: make recruitment planning, set up the recruitment channel and program andtake care all recruitment activities, ensure that qualified candidates are recruited timely to meet the needs of department, review and appraisal the recruitment effective and consulting on the evaluation of newcomers after probation, proposing - submitting and approving the signing of formal labor contracts;
4. Salary and bonus control:
a. setting up salary scale, salary policy, bonus policy, compensation and benefit policy and review it every year;
b. controlling and calculating monthly salary payroll, all deducted items, daily record, time sheet, overtime calculation, ensure payment monthly salary on time in confidential;
5. Control person income tax (PIT) for Vietnamese and foreigner: calculating and finalizating PIT as Tax Laws stipulated;
6. Manage all kinds of compulsory insurances: social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurances, ensure do it under Vietnam insurance law (payable amounts and received amounts);
7. Suggest to build up, amend and complete procedures, policies of company to achieve company target.
8. Control and propose company rule, discipline role, 5S, Safety, Hygiene and environment in order to promote company’s goodwill;
9. Set up and review performance appraisal system (set up KPI based department function and yearly business strategic);
10. Control, update and propose related to training contract, probationary contract, labor contract under each process for employee as Laws stipulated;
11. Training control: trainning demand analysis and annual training planning, search and selection of training programs to meet Company requirements,organize training program,organize incentive, motivation and efficiency improvement program,develop surbordinates to become management level e.g., leader, supervisor, chief, head and manager;

8. Control and propose on reduction cost related to activities of Admin dept;
9. Control and propose about selling hazardous waste;
10. Control all PR actvities related to Admin Dept’such as charity, image company brand to the employee
11. Liaising with all government agencies (VSIPMB, Labor Dept, Environment Dept, VSIP office, Social insurance, etc) to ensure adherence to compliance;

A. For human resources duty:
1. Corporate and Strategic Plan: Provide input in developing company strategic business plans; Develop, implement and monitor overall HR strategy; Review and report on progress of HR Strategy if required
2. Department Management: Establish objectives and activities for HR Department; Staff HR-Admin department adequately to deliver on HR-Admin services; Identify development needs and provide coaching to staffs

9. Set up and control all activities such as Festival Company, Celebrate the year-end party, company trip, health check up;
C. Legal matters duty:
1. Contact local authorities for labor law, police report when requested, work permit, visa for foreigners;
2. Prepare report requested by local authorities;
3. Discussed and contact with Lawyers to make legal documents for getting legal license;
4. Handle other tasks to keep the company always staying compliant with the laws;
5. Direct report to General Director for daily / weekly / monthly.
