Counseling Manager
Main responsibilities:
- Take overall responsibility in managing consulting information. Supervise and manage counselors' team on all
issues in consulting, processing document in enrollment of students and following up students after sales.
- Directly counsel, enrollment and process document for students study in all countries. Specially, my 2 main markets
are Europe countries and groups of US and Canada.
- Advise and support the student’s information in admission, study program, scholarship at all degree: high school,
undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate.
- Counsel and process the document for visa application, train for visa interview.
- Establish and maintain the relationships with the universities and educational organizations. Attend to the university
training and workshop.
- Support marketing activities: plan and hold the fair, coffee talk or workshop, presentation, manage the social
networks.
- Other tasks requested by CEO, directly report to CEO.
Recognition and Gains:
- Counsel and process 120 students per year. Particularly Europe, I usually have around 70 - 80 students and about
40 students for the rest countries.

- Work with ecommerce website partners for sale cooperating and manage all trading process PNJ product on

- Assess their profile, payment process, PR & marketing proposals.
- Negotiate, edit and examine for contract signing.
- Make sale plans or promotion program by week, month, and year.
- Manage and update image, information, stock of product on partners’ websites.
- Receive and process the orders from partner website. Process products from store come to the office, then manage
the process of the packaging and transferring to delivery agency.
- Record all data for tracking sales information.
- Manage debt of affiliate per month, follow their payment and complete accounting procedures of sales.

- Always achieve the targeted revenue of the year and grow the revenue follow the plan

as well as actions taken.
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests.
