- Work with relevant authorities to register enterprises/representative offices/business locations. Change the content of registration of enterprise/representative office/business locations
- Draft and review contracts, agreements and other legal documents (including sale contracts, commercial agreements, labour contracts, etc.) to ensure compliance with applicable laws and sub – laws
- Ensure business activities are conducted in conformity with applicable laws and sub – laws
- Assist the Investment team in terms and conditions, documentation
- Identify and resolve legal issues resulting from business practises
