When I was a member of the executive committee, I was in charge of arranging and assigning tasks to other team members. Though these actions, I can develop time - management skill as well as improve the ability to work collaboratively to achieve shared targets.
In my recent job, I am responsible for creating content for the company’s marketing campaigns on social networking platform by that I learnt how to be a creative, keen and sensitive person. In addition, my work involves in recruiting potential members and providing them with work-related training so that they can obtain necessary skills. This helps me enhance interpersonal skills, including observation skill, communication skill, teamwork abilities while accumulating precious experience related to Human Resource. Of course, I am willing to work for your company in the long- term.
You will find me to be a creative, hard-working, motivated person who is keen to learn and contribute. I am also humorous, honest and the most important person is progressive. I am able to work under tight- deadline and high- pressure environment.
