level, manage the exit process for involuntary and voluntary terminations.

allowances calculation.
• Participate in building up SAP SuccessFactors system, payroll system for
CMC Corp and subsidiaries from collecting requirements to test functional
feature, launch completely & training users.
• Join in group HR projects to improve or optimize HR procedures, policies.
• Responsible for internal HR audit programs of subsidiaries.
• Take part in to organize and coordinate some HR training courses,
support to identify training need, training documentation and training
logistics preparation.
• Take part in to organize company events, employee experience events
(HR Summit, Teachers' Days, Employee Recognition Awards)
