Main responsibilities:
1. Business Coordinator
- Serve as contact point for State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Inspection, from collecting and classifying SBV's inspection
request to providing sufficient internal documents;
- Serve as contact point of Business Process Office, from being responsible for administering documentation to
maintaining the access right to documentation system;
- Maintain add/ change log, add/ change schedule, history and documentation for internal document updates by
utilizing authorized tracking and documentation tools.
2. Change Management Coordinator
- Serve as a contact point of Change Management process, from being responsible for administering change
management processes to controlling the lifecycle of those changes;
- Serve as a Secretary of Committees which established for making decision for company's changes;
- Liaise with Process Analysts and other stakeholders to ensure proper processing of a change from being initiated
to being on production and post-implementation evaluation;
- Maintain change log, change schedule, history and documentation for change activities by utilizing authorized
tracking and documentation tools;
3. Assistant to Head of Business Transformation & Quality Assurance
- Manage and maintain Head’s schedules, daily tasks and email account;
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements;
- Make claims of travel documents and related claiming documents;
- Organize internal events such as team-building, year end party
