Insurance activities :
• Insurance checking: Increasing and decreasing monthly , sickness, maternity leave, payment, insurance book…. To make sure all correct people and amount
Manage HR report: Headcount report, turnover rate, Budget yearly Foreigner management: contract, work permit, visa checking to ensure foreigner work follow VN law
Manage car arrangement: bus, small car to ensure company activity
Manage cooperate HR system to match with manual headcount and all correction number
Other task:
- Attempt meeting with HOD to solve problem related to employees: working condition, resigned status, employees benefit…
- Monthly attempt Trade Union for improve working place, employees relationship…to make satisfy for employees working
