• Provide global insights, market trends, best practices e.g Workforce Transformation, reskill/ upskill concept.
• Other client services and ad-hoc tasks.

Talent Acquisition
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process from verifying hiring orders from Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, build up talent mapping for future hiring needs.
• Identify and sourcing potential candidates from various channels matching job requirements.
• Manage a diverse set of stakeholders in the recruitment process: Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, C&B and other internal partners.
• Conduct initial interview to assess potential candidates and shortlist qualified profiles to Hiring Managers further interviews.

• Organize Career Fairs, events, seminars, talk-shows at targeted universities to promote employer brand and attract young talents.
• Promote company working environment, corporate core values, employer branding awareness… toward mass media, internal and external audiences.
