- Looking for training course base on demand, budget: includes internal and external training, for quality, safety, technical, leading skill (soft skill & hard skill).
- Follow up all training courses delivered according to the schedule, training course evaluation record, input training data on SAP system.
- Training’s KPI (training plan compliance, training participant compliance)
- Implement contract with training organize place as well as preparing facility, meeting - training room (flower, tea-break, candy, drink.)
- To build training budget, follow up to make sure compliance with planning HR budget.
