In the field of litigation, I assist Senior Associates of LE & TRAN in drafting proceeding documents such as petitions, statement of opinions, statements of arguments, etc., working with Courts, Arbitration Centers and other competent State agencies to obtain necessary legal documents supporting any cases of clients. Below are some prominent cases:
• Successfully assisted a foreign entity in Vietnam in the labour lawsuit having foreign elements in the first-instance trial with the disputed value of over VND900,000,000.
• Assisting and representating an employee in a labour lawsuit in the first-instance trial to claim the approximate value of VND6,000,000,000.
• Assisting a British companyin the enforcement of VIAC Arbitral Award with a judgment requested value of USD105,000.
• Assisting an Italian company in the dispute regarding the warranty bond with the disputed value of about VND7,000,000,000.
• Assisting in a dispute case of division of assets after divorce with the total value up to VND100,000,000,000.
In addition, I also support lawyers of LE & TRAN in consulting legal matters, contracts and in the field of commercial, labor and enterprise issues, marriage and family:
• Support consulting legal issues related to labor, commercial business; reviewing and translating commercial contracts.
• Assist in working with State agencies on cases in the field of marriage and family such as: adoption procedures involving foreign elements, birth registration with foreign elements,etc
