• Recruitment & Training:
- Manage the whole cycle of recruitment activities: demand identification, yearly recruitment plan & budget, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, existing…
- Build, monitor new employee onboarding process.
- Evaluate / identify employee-training needs in consultation with department managers.
- Manage, supervise the implementation of training programs as well as evaluate the effectiveness of this program.
• C & B:
- Manage, supervise monthly payroll calculation & payment.
- Manage the implement of policies & benefits regimes, ensure to follow the laws and company’s regulations: social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, personal income tax ...
- Develop, consult, manage and implement salary, bonus, welfare and allowance policies to stimulate and motivate employees.
- Manage the periodic reports to state agencies.
- Carry out procedures of insurance benefits for employees (maternity, sickness, retirement, etc.).
- Work with the insurance authorities about monthly insurance reports (social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance), handle deviations and related problems.
- Making PIT finalization report yearly.
• Employee relation management:
- Resolve employees' issues, handle complaints, Ensure that all employee relations issues are properly identified, reported & resolved.
- Recommends necessary employee relations practices to establish a positive employer- employee relationship and promote high level of employee morale and motivation.
- Positively communicates and provides advice/consultancy to Management and staff for all HR issues.
• Policies & procedures:
- Develop, consult, and manage the implementation of policies and procedures related in HR to ensure the conformity, effectiveness, compliance with laws and regulations of the company including labor regulation, salary scale, and labor collective agreement.
- Recruitment process, resignation process, policy of salary and bonus,
- Standardize job descriptions for each position.
- Develop, consult and manage the process of annual employee performance evaluation.
- Accompany, support Board of Directors to build company culture...
• Admin task:
- Do visa, work permit, residential card for GM.
- Establish regulations and norms related to procurement in stationery and other asset of the company.
- Manage office supplies, taxi fares, office equipment,
- In charge of air ticket, hotel, transportation for business trip, admin tasks for office, security as well as all other administrative tasks (internet, telephone, potable water, taxi, hotel, air ticket…).

- Control and order stationery and office supplies (name card, uniform, water, lunch.), purchase office equipment, office machines maintenance.
- Do Payment Requisition Form send to Finance Department about: rent apartment fee, electric & water fee, entertainment, admin fee…
- Manage taxi & grab account
- Organize events and parties for company: company trip, team-building, happy hour, team dinner.
- Other tasks or responsibilities when assigned by General Manager.

• Responsible for training all staffs:
- Training about Orientation for all new comers, explaining company policies. Training about Code of Conduct of Buyers (Walt Disney, TCP…)
• Responsible for C&B tasks:
- Make and submit Payroll scare each year for Hepza.
- Manage Time record; Yearly leave, Private leave, Overtime to calculate salary for all employees.
- Handle all social insurance for all employees : open/ close SI for all staffs ( by TS24 program ) , control monthly amount pay for SI Department, compare result pay SI with announcement from SI department , make claims for social insurance benefits for all employees (sickness, baby sickness , maternity regime,…)
- Complete monthly / quarterly / annually personal income tax declaration for employees, or expatriates and report to Tax Department. Contact Tax authorities on new issues of personal income tax and inform to employees promptly. Register PIT code for new employee and dependent person.
• Social Compliance Audit tasks:
- Control all documents include: compensation and benefit process, Time record, Overtime , Yearly
- Leave… compliance follow each Code of Conduct of each buyer.
- Responsible to prepare all documents about salary, employee’s profile, yearly form to provide for audit.
• Other tasks:
- Support HR manager submit documents in order to make Work Permit, Visa, TRC for foreigners.
- Submit all reports related with Vietnam’s staffs and foreigners to Hepza.
- Other arising issue of compensation’s job.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by HR manager.
