Position: Documentation Processing Ocean Export
Main duties:
• Preparing export documents and sending them to shipping companies. I’m in charge of two
main routes including Asia (Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, India, Hong Kong, Taiwan,
UAE, Russia, etc.) and Americas for LCL/LCL, LCL/FCL and FCL/FCL.
• Sending Shipping Instruction Form to customers to collect their shipping information to
prepare House Bill (Seaway bill, Surrendered bill, Original bill, FCR) and then send
information to shipping companies to prepare Master Bill. Checking information between
these bills to assure correct description of goods.
• Sending the final House Bill to customers and requesting the final Master Bill from
shipping companies.
• Checking payment to issue final House Bill.
• Input shipping information to AX4 and INTRAC system for several customers such as
Groupe Seb, Inditex, Lululemon, Samsung, etc.
• Submitting ISF/AMS to the customs of USA, Japan, South Africa.
• Major customers that I am currently in charge: Bosch, Samsung, Hill Country,
Lululemon, Schaffler, Groupseb, etc.
• Major carriers that I am curently working with: Maersk, Sealand Maersk, Huyndai,
OOCL, MSC, Shipco, ONE line, etc.
• Besides, I also know how to receive booking req
