Main responsibilities:
+ Responsibility for monthly time keeping and payroll;

+ Directly drafting documents on job change, salary, bonus, punishment, labor contract, termination of labor contract; Handle jobs and procedures when employees leave their jobs;
+ Attendance of work schedules, implementation of labor regulations;
+ Develop internal regulations and procedures;
+ Researching, updating regularly new information and documents affecting the Company to consult and instruct the departments when required;
+ Manager employee database and employee profile of the company, and weekly update;
+ Drafting, checking & managing contracts from partners; checking the statements and invoice every month;
+ Manage Base Wework system of the company and training for employees when necessary;
+ Booking the air-ticket & hotel for employees when go for business trip;
+ Control and manage Grab system of the company;
+ Making visa for employees to go for business, work permit & resident card for foreigners;
+ Be charge of making and apply documents relate to legal documents of the company, and directly work with State office;
+ Implement and make documents to issue Certificate of food safety and hygiene for restaurant locations;
+ Implement and monitor procedures relate to fire protection activities;
+ Implement and support in recruitment in the first time;
+ Take care and plan to organize Team building for employees in the company;
+ Support other departments when necessary;
