Recruitment:
• Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc
• Using social media (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and job boards for proactive sourcing and advertising jobs.
• Keeping the recruitment tracking system up-to-date in order to formulate reports to management on the status of each vacancy.
• Manage recruiting databases and other HR assets in structured and timely manners
• Keeping track of the recruiting budget.
C&B:
• Support to build Compensation & Benefits policies such as contract, salary, bonus, allowance, insurance, welfare
• Advising Manager on new Labor Law regulations
• Salaries and benefits
• Control of labor contracts and others
• Salary management (check timesheet, calculate bonus, calculate payroll) on time
• Personal income tax (PIT) and relevant information
• Social insurance
• Make reports after salary previous
• Prepare the reports related to labor for Department of Labor HCM.
• Other jobs if required.
