- Search for legal basis, background information and legal issues related to cases.
- Update and make presentation for new provisions of Vietnamese laws on investment, commerce, enterprises, labor, real estates, family & marriage, etc.
- Support to provide legal advise for a case of commercial dispute between a foreign trader and a Vietnamese trader.
- Implement some investment procedures for new projects, project amendments and licensing.
- Provide retainer services to existing clients including: drafting company's Charter, providing legal updates on a weekly basis, giving legal advice on new Labor Code regulations, etc.
- Write English articles of new law updates and legal issues for marketing contents on company's website.
- Manage company's Linkedin and post new marketing contents weekly.

- Update new provisions of Vietnamese laws on banking-securities, enterprise,
labor sectors.
- Draft and review contracts of services, buying goods, leasing, etc.
- Work with competent authorities and implement enterprise registration procedures for the Company and 10 branches.
- Review and update the Company's Charter, internal procedures and regulations in compliance with new Vietnamese laws.
- Support the Senior Compliance Officer on giving legal advice and assessing legal risks related to the Company's operation.
- Other tasks assigned by the Senior Compliance Officer.

- In charge of legal updates and ensure the corporate compliance with Vietnamese laws on e-commerce, personal data protection, cybersecurity, investment, enterprise, labor sectors.
- Implementing FDI obligations, including: IRC and ERC update, investment report, Trading License, and working directly with HCM DPI, etc.
- Draft and review every sort of contracts related to the Company’s business.
- Review and prepare documents related to corporate governance: General Meeting of Shareholders, Board of Directors’ Meeting, Company’s Charter, Shareholder Register/ Certificate, Labor Regulation, etc.
- Support the Legal Manager on giving legal advice and assessing legal risks related to the Company's business: promotions, person data processing, e-commerce services, etc.
- Resolve employee’s concerns about legal compliance.
- In charge of legal administration duties.
