Recruitment Coordinator
• Work onsite in outsourcing team based in Client’s Office with the range of recruitment within ASEAN territory (Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore)
• Candidate management within Taleo system and other recruitment systems included
• Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
• Audit Job Posting from Role Profile given by Hiring Manager
• Post Job Ads in various portal
• Sourcing CVs for roles
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone-screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates
• Contact and instruct candidates to apply for positions in the system
• Submit potential candidate to Hiring Manager and arrange interviews
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Make offer letter and contract for hiring selected candidates
• Collect onboarding documents from selected candidates and make sure to meet deadline to submit to HR Operations (in Vietnam, Thailand and Singapore)
• Assigned Lead Recruiter new requisitions in Taleo and inform them via email
• Check weekly report and monthly billing
• Collaborate with team members in Thailand, Indonesia, Philippines and Singapore to get KPI
• Assist Lead Recruiter and Line Manager other tasks as required
