Assistant MT Manager at Taisun Company Limited (Diapers)
- Work with Sales Supervisors to return the damaged goods from MT partners
to warehouse.
- Support MT manager in proposing the quarterly promotion program.
- Follow up and evaluate the working results of all Sales Representatives and
PGs the propose bonus.
Purchasing Specialist at Golden Ant Company Limited (Fresh fruits)
- Look up, contact and work directly with new Suppliers from America, EU,
East Asia… to get the quotations of fresh fruits.
- Investigate the current prices of the imported fruits to make comparison.
- Follow up the shipments from harvesting stage until delivery of the fruits to
the company warehouse.

Assistant to Sales Director (Cosmetics)
Main responsibilities:
- Propose solutions to Retails Team, Key Account Team and Sales Director.
- Discuss with Sales Director, General Director to find out the more effective
working ways, marketing solutions and sales volume growth.
- Training new salesmans about job and system.
- Take care of overseas customers and manage sales channels: fanpage, tawkto
- Directly work with new customers contacted through website, facebook, phone
call...at the initial stage then transfer the information to the PIC from Retail or
Key Account Team while suggest my own proposals.
- Propose new policies including sales polices, changes in standard policies adn
promotion policies for each stage.
- Do weekly report of team and collect the reports from all other teams then send
them to BOD.
- Raise a meeting about sudden issues or new issues, new strategies and invite
all Heads of Department into the meeting.
- Propose new changes and strategies in the working system to make sure the
system can follow company development.
