Potential customers are both Vietnam companies and oversea companies:
- Research new customers who demand of ocean freight between Vietnam and North America/Africa/Latin America/Australia. Also build and keep close customer relationship.
- Follow booking forecast of shipper/vendor (both import and export shipment) then request shipping liners/oversea agencies as detail per customer. Follow and handle all process of shipment until discharge at final port or final delivery.
- Teamwork to find out the best solution if any issues in order to support customer/partner/agent such as: late gate in, space on vessel, documentation, payment, container issue,...
-Over fifteen customers both Vietnam company and overseas have been trusting and using monthly my company service
