• Made sure the success of B2BC assortment, landscape, and sales revenues through inside/outside sales models.
• Identify, qualify & hunt potential merchants/ distributors/ brands by going through database, lead generation and referrals
• Handle paperwork & onsite procedure, support merchants with their difficulties and problems joining Lazada.vn
• Work closely with internal Lazada teams (Operations, marketing, legal etc) to set up accounts, logistics partners, arrange training sessions for seamless onboarding experience for vendors
• Take care of seller for the first few months to make sure their revenue good enough for transition to KAM and their understanding of the site.
• Developed and accomplished lead generation plan, exceeding monthly target and annual goals
