Main duties
Report to the Country Manager, to Regional Finance Director
o Responsible for the results and success of an organization’s finance department.
o Responsible to control all the financial, accounting & taxation issues of the company
o Provides financial advice and support to help Country Manager make key decisions.
o Assist in company-wide budgetary planning.
o Manage the yearly and quarterly budget and forecast cycles.
o Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
o Prepare official reports on a monthly and annual basis.
o Analyze and report financial performance monthly and annually.
o Prepare short and long-term financial forecasts of financial performance.
o To set up the strategy and implement short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial targets, and
forecasts on capital.
o Analyze financial status to identify strengths and weaknesses.
o Analyze financial indicators, financial health assessments, and capital efficiency.
o To set up report debt trends over revenue over the weeks and months.
o Work closely with other departments to follow up budget and forecast as well.
