Assist to conduct legal research and analysis
- Assist to prepare advices related to regulatory, corporate issues (i.e.,
regulation on enterprises, investment, labor, tax and others)
- Assist to calculate taxes for clients (i.e., CIT, PIT, VAT, FCT)
- Support in drafting and reviewing Engagement Letter; Labour Contracts
and business-related agreements and documents.
- Directly contact and submit documents to competent authorities
- Translate and arrange legal documents
